Plans
- Care, $39 per month: we keep your site online, watch for problems, keep backups and updates, and make about 30 minutes of small edits each month.
- Care Plus, $99 per month: everything in Care, plus your Google Maps listing kept current, a short monthly visitor report, and priority fixes.
This plan renews automatically
Your plan renews every month until you cancel. We send an invoice each month to the payment app you choose, due within 7 days. At checkout you must check a separate box saying you agree to automatic renewal. We then email you a confirmation with these terms and how to cancel.
Cancel anytime, online
- Click “Cancel my plan” in the link in any invoice or account email, or at frontstepweb.com/cancel. No phone call needed.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. We do not charge cancel fees.
- We may offer you one option to stay, but you can skip it and cancel in the same step.
Price changes and reminders
- We will email you at least 7 days (and no more than 30 days) before any price change, with how to cancel.
- Once a year we will email you a reminder of your plan, price, and how to cancel.
Unused edits
Unused edits do not roll over. Large changes are quoted separately.
If you stop paying
After 30 days unpaid, we pause the plan. Your site stays online if hosting is under your own account.
Ending
When the plan ends, we give you your site files and transfer any accounts we manage for you.
